StaffConnie Raper, Business Controller. Her duties include: compiles the agenda for Board meetings and arranges for public notification; acts as chief fiscal officer and is responsible for the budget and compliance with state accounting procedures and legislated directives; acts as a liaison to other branches of State government; is responsible for the distribution and processing of applications and acts as proctor for competency testing. She maintains files and database information regarding registrations and applications, oversees and processes the annual renewal of registrations, and periodically prepares and distributes the Directory of Professional Geologists and Geologist-in-Training Registered in Arkansas.
